Save time creating surveys with our new AI-powered assistant
We’re introducing an intelligent survey assistant that leverages the power of AI to enhance your survey creation. Use the “Build with AI” button to tap into expert guidance based on your goals and objectives and generate question suggestions that are both relevant and effective.
The “Build with AI” feature is available in over 55 languages, so you can create impactful surveys for a global audience, breaking down language barriers and expanding your reach.
Venue logos
Enhance your brand visibility with custom logos for multi-venue surveys
We’re introducing a game-changing feature that allows you to add custom logos to your surveys, replacing the default company logo. This update is perfect for businesses with multiple branded venues, such as Stonegate, who have been requesting this functionality.
With this new option, users will receive surveys featuring the specific brand of the venue they’re in, rather than the parent company’s logo. This ensures an end-to-end branded experience for customers logging into sub-brand venues within your estate, eliminating confusion and reinforcing individual brand identities. Elevate your survey aesthetics and create a more personalized, cohesive brand experience across all your locations.

Join WiFi Prompt
Enhance your visitor experience with WiFi integration into your interactive map
Unlock a new level of visitor engagement by integrating our WiFi network join feature into your web-based wayfinding platform. This game-changing functionality allows you to prompt users to connect to your WiFi network directly from the map, creating a frictionless experience that gets them online quickly and easily.
The Join WiFi Prompt not only streamlines network access for their first connection, but also for future visits. By linking this feature to your other solutions, such as mobile profiles, you can encourage users to download the necessary tools for future visits, ensuring a consistently smooth experience across all touchpoints.
GPS Positioning
Give visitors a great experience with no confusion
We’re introducing a live GPS positioning blue dot to our web-based wayfinding maps. With a simple tap of the “locate” button, users can instantly pinpoint their approximate location on the interactive map, accurate up to 10 meters. This real-time awareness not only helps alleviate customer confusion, but also enables visitors to quickly find the closest amenities or plan personalized routes from their starting point.
The user’s location will show as a blue radius on the map, providing a clear sense of direction and empowering guests to navigate your venues with confidence. Users can create routes from their current location and instantly orient themselves in your venue.
Translations
Make sure your venue is inclusive and accessible for all by showing the map in alternative languages
As part of our continuing work to improve accessibility within venues, we’re now offering translations to the web-based map in over 40 languages, including Spanish, Arabic, French and more. This game-changing feature ensures that every visitor can seamlessly navigate your venues, with the map automatically adapting to match the language settings of their device.
Whether users prefer to explore in their device language or wish to self-select, our multilingual support helps all visitors to successfully navigate in your venue.
