How the Staff Efficiency App works
Purple’s Staff Efficiency App enables facilities to provide a wayfinding app for their new and existing staff to encourage operational efficiency. With an employee single sign on to the app, staff will be able to navigate quickly and efficiently around the whole facility, including areas that public visitors cannot access or be directed to. The Staff Efficiency solution maximizes onboarding of new and temporary staff while ensuring that employees are satisfied and providing a faster time to task and care.
Staff sign in
Staff sign onto the Staff Efficiency platform using using employee credentials and single sign on. This secure layer allows employees to view and navigate to areas that aren’t useable or visible to public visitors.
Staff navigation
Navigation around an ever changing facility can be challenging, especially for new or temporary staff. Purple Staff Efficiency provides wayfinding for employees, assisting with orientation and new staff onboarding. This increases staff productivity, as they are no longer wasting time looking aimlessly for specific rooms or clinics.
Incident reporting
Staff Efficiency enables employees to report incidents and maintenance issues such as spills, broken equipment and overcrowding, quickly and easily. This helps create a better first impression for visitors and a better working environment for staff.
