The Future of Bars and Restaurants - leveraging technology to get a competitive advantage

When is it?

The event will be held on Thursday 22nd October from 2pm at Gilgamesh Bar & Restaurant, in the vibrant London Borough of Camden.

So what’s it about?

We are taking a good look at how bars and restaurants need to prepare themselves for the future and the technology that we’ll soon see behind every counter.

Who’s talking?

Prepare to have your mind blown my our keynote speaker, Mike Ryan. Mike will take you through what the restaurant/bar experience might look like in 2025.

Mike is a Digital Futurist and a highly successful entrepreneur who lives, breathes and practices technological change. As a leading figure in his field, Mike was recently featured in the Guardian.

We also have an exclusive talk from Cisco’s Enterprise Networks Director Sarah Eccleston, and Purple WiFi customer insights from Carluccio’s and Camden Market. These two leading businesses will share how they are changing, both today and in future.

Craft beer tasting experience

As a thank you for all who take their time out to attend our event, we have brought in a Craft Beer Connoisseur to talk us through a tasting experience. We will also have free food and drink and the chance to network with fellow peers in your industry.
