TP-Link, the popular networking manufacturer, have released a new integrated, software-defined network solution called, Omada.
The solution has a number of new and exciting features including a centralized management platform, revolutionary high performance, and wireless access points.
Ben Allcock, Commercial Director at TP-Link, said: “Omada offers premium performance and ease of management at great value – it’s a really reliable solution for customers across a number of industries.”
Omada’s EAP access points are fully integrated with Purple’s WiFi analytics solution; enabling TP-Link to differentiate their services through offering a best in class advanced WiFi solution.
Allcock, said: “Our aim is to grow business on both sides of the relationship through offering additional value to customers.”
Not only will customers be able to provide a strong and consistent WiFi connection through TP-Link’s leading solution, but they will also be able to capture user data through Purple’s captive login portal – ultimately transforming the network into a revenue generating tool for customers, rather than just a cost.
TP-Link and Purple already have a number of mutual customers utilizing Purple’s SMB licence. The licence offers free access to Purple’s enterprise solution to businesses with five or less access points.
Gavin Wheeldon, Purple’s CEO, said: “The new integration with Omada opens doors for us – we now have the opportunity to deliver value to a wider network of potential customers at the enterprise level.”
