The new Cisco network, which includes WiFi analytics, means customers can access a high-speed WiFi connection when in-store whilst also enabling Ferman Motor Cars to collect customer data via Purple’s captive login portal. In addition to this, the dealership wanted to create a login journey that was simple and a browsing experience that was safe for customers.

Shirin Mirdamadi, Enterprise Account Manager at Purple, said: “Ferman Motor Cars truly prioritize their guest experience. This was clear from the moment they engaged with us.

“Finding new ways to make guest WiFi browsing safer and easily accessible, understanding the reason for guest visits, and identifying customer satisfaction feedback were just some of the features they immediately took interest in.”

With the use of Purple’s custom splash pages, Ferman Motor Cars have been able to create a branded splash screen that allows customers to connect instantly and seamlessly using either social media or a short registration form. When logged in, customers are then redirected to the relevant dealership’s website.

Commenting on the partnership between Purple and MicroAge, Mirdamadi, said: “MicroAge – now an approved Purple partner – were heavily involved and available throughout the whole process, showing their dedication to Ferman’s vision and interest in a long lasting relationship with Purple.”

David Duncan, National Account Executive at MicroAge, commented: “The team at Purple were really easy to work with. They were fast to respond, readily available to perform a demo, and provided resources to answer any technical questions once the product was purchased.”
