Purple, the intelligent spaces company, today announces that Redcentric, a leading managed service provider, has become a Certified Partner.
Redcentric specialises in providing on premise, managed and Cloud services to public and private sector organisations across the UK. Purple’s marketing and analytics solution acts as a complementary overlay to Redcentric’s Enterprise Wireless LAN service. It will enable their customers to engage with visitors and understand the best use of physical spaces.
It was Purple’s innovative solution, effective go-to-market approach and strategic alliances with the likes of Cisco and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, that enticed Redcentric to become a Certified Partner. However, the decisive factor was the acceleration of Purple’s partner strategy, signified by the recent appointment of industry veteran, Richard Roberts, new VP EMEA.
As a Certified Partner, Redcentric has full access to unlimited NFR licenses, preferential lead allocation, online partner training and technical support, which will prove useful as the firm uncovers new opportunities. Redcentric is looking to increase its proposition and strength within the healthcare sector. With Purple, it will be able to support organisations around their wireless needs, following the government’s announcement that WiFi is to be made available in all NHS locations.
With Purple’s solution, hospitals, trusts and surgeries will be able to deliver up-to-date information to users and track how patients, visitors, staff and even equipment move around the venue. Redcentric acknowledges that features like location analytics will prove highly valuable and will support their existing offering when targeting strategic sectors such as healthcare.
Commenting on the partnership, Anton Murphy, Business Development Manager for Redcentric, said: “Network service based outcomes sought by Redcentric customers are no longer confined to operational efficiency. They now extend to corporate user productivity, easy guest user login and analytics for actionable real-time insights. Introducing Purple’s solution to our portfolio will assist Redcentric to meet demand and enable customers through highly valuable marketing insights.”
Gavin Wheeldon, CEO of Purple, comments: “We are delighted to welcome Redcentric on board as our latest Certified Partner. Redcentric understands the true value of the Purple solution. Plus, its business style and culture is already proving to be a great fit with our own. Having already worked closely with Redcentric on a number of high profile contracts I am confident we are going to see great things evolve from this partnership over the forthcoming months.”
